At Well Equine we only collect your personal/corporate data in the following ways:

  • Via this website, when you sign up to join our mailing list or become a member of the Online Learning Platform

  • Via email, when you correspond with us

  • Or directly in person, when you provide us with your contact details

At Well Equine we collect your personal data for the following reasons:

  • To enable your participation as a member of or Mailing List or Online Learning Platform

  • To enable us to correspond with you

  • Or to enable us to support you and provide our services

How do we store your personal/corporate data?

Your data is stored in two locations:

  • On the Well Equine password protected database backed up to iCloud

  • Through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. (wellequine.co.uk is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our services to you)

How long do we store your personal/corporate data?

At Well Equine we store you data for:

  • The minimum period of time needed to enable us to support you and provide our services

  • A maximum of no more than 7 years after our support and provision of services ends

How do we use your personal/corporate date to contact you?

At Well Equine we may use your personal/corporate data to contact you for the following reasons:

  • To support your participation as a member of or Mailing List or Online Learning Platform

  • To enable us to correspond with you

  • Or to enable us to support you and provide our services
